We are looking for a R&D Senior Software Developer to drive innovation and solution development in Grid Automation. In this role you will collaborate with dynamic global technology teams with niche competences and cutting‑edge technology to develop the power grids of the future. The product is designed for long life, high efficiency and security.

Your Background

• You have a degree from university in computer science/engineering or other relevant education.
• You have 5 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead.
• Proven experience in similar software developer roles programming in C++ and C#.
• Capability to read and understand Fortran code will be a plus.
• Practitioner using AI tools to improve development efficiency.
• You have experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Linux.
• You have experience in software optimization and improving performance.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
• You do not stand still when you do not know something and have a sense of humor; flexible communication skills required to be a team player.
• It is important that technology is your passion and that you are willing to share your knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
