Job summary

LiNA Medical Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in the R&D Department to develop and maintain innovative medical devices. You will design components, create 2D/3D documentation, and lead design activities across NPD projects.

The role requires hands-on testing, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and strong knowledge of design controls and medical device standards. English proficiency is needed, with a dynamic, international R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronic/Biomedical).
• Extensive experience with Creo; SolidWorks is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical device design standards (ISO 13485, IEC 60601) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ownership in project work.

Responsibilities

• Develop LiNA’s new medical devices and support maintenance of released products.
• Design and act as a key Mechanical Designer in NPD projects.
• Create and maintain 2D/3D documentation during development phases.
• Design parts, test setups, and manufacturing setups for products.
• Contribute to pre-engineering and verification testing per design control requirements.
• Support risk management activities and CAPA processes.
