Job summary

GSK in Poland seeks a data analytics expert to act as the technical engine of the Analytics & AI pillar, transforming raw R&D master data into proactive intelligence using Python and Power BI. The role spans data preparation, dashboard development, and predictive modeling support for the E2E Stewardship Hub.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, Process Architects, and business stakeholders in a hybrid setup, ensuring governance and GxP compliance while delivering actionable insights for R&D

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science or CS.
• 3–5 years in data analytics, BI development, or data engineering.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI and DAX.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data preparation and analysis across R&D master data.
• Design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards for operational use.
• Write DAX and Python scripts for data models and data quality SLAs.
• Support AI/ML engineers with feature engineering and datasets.
• Assist in integrating predictive algorithms into Power BI or data prep layers.
• Ensure adherence to data governance and GxP standards.
