Job summary

Antal Poland is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist – Quantum Security to guide cryptography and secure engineering initiatives as you prepare environments for quantum-safe migration. The role spans advisory, architecture, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid Kraków setting.

You will translate complex security topics into engineering-ready guidance, assess risks, support migrations, pilots and proofs of concept, and help define secure remediation patterns with a focus on

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity with cryptography and secure engineering.
• Knowledge of TLS, PKI/certificates, key management and cryptographic standards.
• Experience with governance, risk management and control requirements.
• Ability to translate complex security topics into practical guidance.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, architects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on quantum-safe security and cryptographic risks.
• Review designs from a cybersecurity perspective and support risk assessments.
• Assess options, trade-offs and risks; deliver pragmatic recommendations.
• Support threat modelling and secure-by-design activities.
• Define security requirements for pilots and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to advance secure migrations.
