Job summary

Lina Medical in Poznań is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to inspect products after production steps, approve final tests, and release items in the ERP system. You will review production documentation and create device history records per batch, supporting quality processes and internal audits.

The role requires at least one year in ISO environments, familiarity with MS Office, and fluent English. A driving license is preferred; the position offers a full-time contract, private medical

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in ISO area (ISO13485 preferred; ISO9001 acceptable)
• Experience in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical area is a plus
• Fluent English in writing and speaking
• Driving license category B
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Product inspection after production steps
• Final product testing and approval
• Product release and blocking in the ERP system
• Review and approval of production process documentation
• Creation and archive of DHR per batch of product
• Participation in quality control of document creation and internal projects
• Follow the hygienic rules in cleanroom class 8
• Participation in nonconformity, CAPA, audits, risk analysis, validations

Job description

Main responsibilities:

• Product inspection after certain steps of the production process
• Final product testing and approval
• Product release and blocking in the ERP system
• Review and approval of production process documentation
• Creation and archive of DHR (device history record) per batch of product
• Participation in Quality Control of document creation (instruction, forms) and internal projects
• Follow the hygienic rules implemented at Lina Medical (cleanroom class 8)
• Participation in all quality processes like nonconformity, corrective and preventive actions, audits (internal and external), risk analysis, validations

Requirements:

• One year of work experience in the ISO area (preferable ISO13485; acceptable ISO9001)
• Any experience from Medical Device / Pharmaceutical area will be an advantage
• Fluent English both writing and speaking
• Driving license cat. B
• Familiar with basic IT tools (Microsoft Office)
