Job summary

TUI Group in Kraków is seeking a QA Engineer to join an agile team, driving quality across the software delivery lifecycle. You will design, execute, and optimize manual tests for web and mobile apps, collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other QA engineers, and help elevate testing standards within the organization.

The role emphasizes end-to-end testing, test data management, and a DevSecOps mindset, with opportunities for growth into automation over time and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on manual testing experience in agile environments.
• Ability to design, document, and execute test plans and test cases from requirements.
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or Swagger.
• Understanding QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and agile delivery principles.
• Experience with cross-platform testing on web and mobile.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in German (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agile teams to define and implement QA strategies.
• Design and execute manual test cases for functional, integration, UI/UX, and regression testing.
• Perform end-to-end testing of web and mobile apps (iOS, Android, Hybrid).
• Analyze requirements to create test scenarios and clear feature specs.
• Participate in planning to advocate for quality and provide testing estimates.
• Detect, document, and track defects with developers and product teams.
• Ensure proper test data setup and conduct exploratory testing when automation isn’t available.
• Contribute to continuous QA process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate effectively in English (and German where required).
