Job summary

A manufacturing company based in Białystok is seeking an experienced quality assurance specialist to ensure compliance with quality standards in the production of power converters. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably related to power electronics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as good communication in English, are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in power electronics.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process of power converters.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process of power converters.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Monitor and analyze production and field data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis, 8D reports and implement corrective actions.
• Support audits and maintain documentation according to ISO standards.
• Support in improving internal processes

Our requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in power electronics or similar.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills in English (German) is an advantage).
