Meat Plant Biernacki Ltd. is seeking a quality specialist to drive HACCP-compliant processes and oversee BRCGS/IFS quality systems. You will supervise procedures, prepare technical reports, and support audits while collaborating across departments to uphold high standards.

The role emphasizes data-driven quality control, hygiene compliance, and continuous improvement in a busy beef production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control issues.
• Specialized education in Quality Management or Food Tech is welcome.
• Valid category B driving license.
• Knowledge of MMS Office package and good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Co-create, implement and develop BRCGS Food and IFS quality management systems.
• Supervise system documentation, create/update procedures.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation.
• Participate in internal and external audits.

REMUNERATION:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• co-creation, implementation and development of BRCGS Food and IFS food quality management systems,
• supervision of system documentation, creation, updating and maintenance of necessary procedures,
• preparing reports and quality reports and completing technical documentation,
• active participation in internal and external audits,
• cooperation with other departments in the field of improving quality standards
• monitoring quality indicators,
• preparing and collecting samples for testing, analyzing reports,
• food quality control and compliance with hygiene rules in the production process.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• professional experience related to quality control issues,
• a specialized education is welcome (Quality Management, Food Technology, Commodity Science or related),
• valid category B driving license,
• knowledge of the MMS Office package,
• communication skills and ability to work in a team,
• independence, ability to think analytically.
