Job description

DP World is seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Auditor to join our team in Łódź, Poland. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence by auditing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a culture of continuous quality enhancement throughout the organization.

Your Responsibilties:
  • Conduct internal audits on designated areas in line with DP World or customer criteria
  • Execute First Article Inspections (FAI) and deliver detailed reporting
  • Support Lean initiatives, including Kaizen and GEMBA activities
  • Perform and report on housekeeping standards audits
  • Assist in other cross‑functional projects where quality oversight is essential
  • Contribute to recurring internal and external quality reports (daily to quarterly)
  • Promote and share best practices regarding product and process quality
Your Profile:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a quality‑focused role
  • Solid understanding of operational processes and quality auditing
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Fluency in Polish; English proficiency at a professional working level (B2 or higher preferred)
