Work Model: Office

Working Hours: 9AM - 5 PM (Monday - Sunday)

Project location: Krakow

About the Role:

Cognizant is looking for an enthusiastic content quality analyst! As a content quality analyst, you’ll work closely with content reviewers, operations leads, and account strategists. To succeed in this role, you should ideally have previous experience in content moderation and excellent time‑management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with agents and team leads to deliver results on strict deadlines, review key responsibilities and provide feedback to a team of content writers.

Candidate’s profile:
  • Proven experience in providing Quality Assurance/Training support in a BPO environment.
  • Very good command of German language and English language (at least C1).
  • Analytically minded, logical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and ability to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Very good communication skills – ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze trends and report quality performance, undertaking or recommending corrective actions.
  • Establish procedures for handling data and performance reporting, and continuously improve them.
  • Report team performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a contact point for managers (both internal and external) for all quality‑related queries.
  • Pick up process gaps and collaborate with managers to formulate solutions.
  • Work closely with the teams to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals, meeting the SLA.
  • Drive efficiencies to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance teams’ performance.
  • Ensure regular meetings with the QA team and team leaders to keep them informed of any updates received.
