A global consulting firm in Krakow is seeking a Content Quality Analyst. This role involves close collaboration with content reviewers and operations leads to ensure quality performance. Ideal candidates will have experience in content moderation and excellent German and English communication skills. Working Hours: 9AM - 5 PM (Monday - Sunday)
Project location: Krakow
Cognizant is looking for an enthusiastic content quality analyst! As a content quality analyst, you’ll work closely with content reviewers, operations leads, and account strategists. To succeed in this role, you should ideally have previous experience in content moderation and excellent time‑management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with agents and team leads to deliver results on strict deadlines, review key responsibilities and provide feedback to a team of content writers.
