Job summary

Talanto is seeking an experienced QA Lead in Warsaw to spearhead end-to-end QA across data integration, data warehouse and analytics platforms. The role focuses on defining test strategies, leading ETL/ELT, functional, integration, regression, UAT and performance testing, and driving automation.

The candidate should have 10+ years in software testing with 5+ years in leadership, strong ETL/data testing, SQL, and experience with Azure-based data tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Software Testing, including 5+ years in QA Leadership.
• Strong ETL/Data Testing and SQL skills.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark/PySpark.
• Knowledge of Python/PyTest, REST API and CI/CD.
• Experience in Agile environments and leading distributed teams.
• Experience with financial/regulatory data and AI/LLM testing is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in ETL/Data Testing to lead end-to-end QA activities across data integration, data warehouse and analytics platforms.
