Job summary

Reppls (Techstars '24) is seeking a QA Engineer to join a US-based healthcare technology project. You will perform manual functional testing of web applications with some desktop testing, covering the full testing cycle from test case creation to defect tracking.

The role emphasizes collaboration with developers and stakeholders, strong attention to requirements, and ownership of testing activities. English proficiency at B1+ is required, and experience with TestRail or Jira is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in manual functional software testing.
• Experience with web application testing.
• Experience with desktop application testing.
• Familiarity with test management and issue tracking tools (TestRail, Jira).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and collaborative skills.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or above.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual functional testing of web applications, with a strong focus on regression testing.
• Perform desktop application testing and help ensure consistent product behavior across different environments.
• Create and maintain test cases and other testing documentation.
• Identify, investigate, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to clarify requirements, investigate issues, and support smooth feature delivery.
• Actively participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and other team activities.
• Take ownership of assigned testing activities and coordinate effectively with the team to ensure thorough test coverage.
