Job summary

Veeam ищет инженера по производительности для проектирования и выполнения нагрузочных тестов основных компонентов продукта. Вы будете строить и поддерживать крупномасштабные тестовые среды в корпоративной инфраструктуре.

Требуется 1–2 года опыта в производительности, знание Windows/Linux, навыки анализа результатов и умение работать в англоязычной команде. Предоставляются возможности обучения и современные инструменты. В Варшаве работа на месте.

Qualifications

• Техническое образование или практическая страсть к системам и производительности
• Опыт 1–2 года в тестировании производительности/нагрузки или практический опыт
• Умение анализировать результаты тестов и выявлять узкие места и риски
• Продвинутый уровень Windows и/или Linux
• Понимание работы CPU, памяти, хранения и сетей
• Английский для ежедневного общения в международных командах
• Опыт SQL Server или PostgreSQL приветствуется
• Опыт скриптинга, тестовой автоматизации или IaC

Responsibilities

• Разработка и выполнение тестирования производительности, нагрузки и масштабируемости для ключевых компонентов продукта
• Создание и поддержка реалистичных корпоративных тестовых сред
• Поиск узких мест и ограничений систем и совместная работа с разработчиками
• Участие в анализе причин проблем производительности по тикетам поддержки и клиентам
• Обеспечение развития тестовых лабораторий, настройка окружений и взаимодействие с IT-командами

• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability testing for major Veeam product components, from requirement analysis and lab design through test execution and results analysis
• Build and maintain realistic enterprise‑grade test environments, including large infrastructures and complex topologies
• Identify performance bottlenecks and system limits, and work with developers, functional QA, and product managers to resolve them
• Participate in root cause analysis of performance issues reported by Technical Support and customers
• Own and evolve performance test labs through environment creation, configuration, monitoring, and collaboration with IT teams

Требования

• Technical education or a strong hands‑on passion for systems and performance
• 1–2 Years of experience in performance and/or load testing, or a strong practical background in system performance
• Ability to analyze test results and identify bottlenecks, limits, and performance risks
• Solid knowledge of Windows and/or Linux at an advanced user or system administration level
• Good understanding of CPU, memory, storage, and networking
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured thinking
• Motivation to grow as a performance and scalability engineer
• English proficiency for daily communication within international teams
• Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including profiling and performance analysis
• scripting, test automation, or infrastructure deployment experience
• understanding of virtualization platforms and large virtual environments
• hands‑on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• experience with Python
• familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, or similar infrastructure as code tools
