Job description

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. Our client is a multinational company, a leader in industrial automation and metrology solutions.

We are working on a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) application, which utilizes .NET WPF as the core technology. The application is used by our partner at their production site during the final assembly stage of their devices. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting tests both remotely and from the office, using devices provided by the client.

We are an enthusiastic team, closely integrated with the customer, and empowered to make both business and technical decisions. We offer flexibility with working hours, and there will be opportunities to travel to the client’s production and R&D centers in Switzerland.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing.
  • Proficient with QA methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and product quality.
  • Ability to perform tests on desktop applications.
  • Experience in writing test specifications and test plans.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self‑starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Business analysis skills are a plus.
Job responsibilities

  • Provide daily reporting, including defect tracking, regular report preparation, and test evaluation summary reports.
