Задачи

Define and defend the verification approach for integration and data platforms, establishing automated quality gates across Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions pipelines Lead end-to-end data-flow validation across multiple partner vendors, automating data integrity checks and tracing money and container flows across system hops Act as the primary technical point of contact for client leadership and the counterpart to the client's QE Lead; negotiate test strategies, quality gates, and SIT/UAT criteria using evidence and trade-off analysis Implement consumer-driven contract testing and schema compatibility checks for REST APIs and event-driven architectures Build data quality checks at every ingestion and transformation stage, reconciling KPI and regulatory data products to source data Design resilience, idempotency, fault-injection, and load tests to ensure availability, dead-letter recovery, and reliable handling of duplicate messaging Establish best practices for AI-driven software development and agent harnesses within the QE organization, ensuring human oversight of quality definitions Hire, mentor, and manage quality engineers across platform teams; drive test code reviews and report quality metrics through completed flows and financial reconciliation

Требования

8+ Years of experience in Quality Engineering, including 2+ years leading QE teams on multi-vendor or complex platform engineering programs Hands-on experience with REST API testing, event-driven pipelines, and consumer-driven contract testing using Pact, including tests, provider verification, broker, and can-i-deploy Strong background in data platform validation using Python/Java frameworks such as Great Expectations, pytest with chispa, Pandera, or dbt tests, and source-to-target data reconciliation Hands-on proficiency in Java and SQL, with solid knowledge of major cloud services; Azure is preferred, including API Management, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Functions Deep experience configuring quality gates in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, alongside daily use of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex Fluent English (C1+) and proven ability to present complex quality strategies, negotiate with external vendors, and align cross-functional leadership Будет плюсом: hands-on experience with Azure managed services and Microsoft Fabric, PactFlow bi-directional contract testing, domain experience in payments, financial settlement, container/unit-level reconciliation or regulated public-sector platforms, familiarity with data lineage, data quality controls, and compliance reporting
