Job summary

Caesars Digital is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead testing strategy across digital platforms. You will craft comprehensive test plans, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases with fast feedback in a complex, scalable environment.

You will own automation across APIs, mobile (iOS/Android), and desktop, drive NFT and load testing, and influence CI/CD pipelines. Join a team that champions quality and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive QA Automation/SDET experience in an Agile environment.
• Ability to start from scratch and mentor others.
• Strong Selenium/Appium experience for mobile (iOS/Android) and API/UI automation.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitLab CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Jira and Zephyr for test case management.
• Experience with cloud-native testing and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end validation of features, including requirements and quality signoff.
• Define automation plans with the Tech Lead for large projects.
• Maintain robust automation frameworks for APIs, mobile, and desktop testing.
• Drive non-functional testing and manage load testing for large features.
• Monitor automation results and optimize runners and framework performance.
• Build and optimize test pipelines within CI/CD for fast feedback.
• Coach developers on unit and integration testing.
• Participate in UAT and suggest improvements across the application.
