ZF Group is seeking a Python Developer for UI/Visualization work in Wroclaw or Warsaw. Join agile squads to deliver high-impact web apps using Python Dash or PyShiny. You will implement authentication, RBAC, and audit trails while ensuring fast, scalable interfaces between UI and backend engines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering or related field.
• Several years of Web Application Development experience.
• Deep expertise with Dash or PyShiny for production-ready apps.
• Experience with Redis caching and Celery for async tasks.
• Experience implementing OAuth and RBAC in enterprise environments.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable web applications using Python Dash or PyShiny.
• Ensure applications load instantly and handle complex state for many users.
• Create robust interfaces between UI and backend Python execution engines.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and RBAC with audit trails.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to translate business needs into intuitive UIs.
• Optimize performance and explore AI-assisted UI generation.
• Define frontend architecture for new products within cross-functional squads.
