Job summary

Pharma EMP sp. z o.o. w Koziegłowach poszukuje pracownika do obróbki mięsa drobiowego na linii produkcyjnej.

Będziesz kontrolować filety z kurczaka pod kątem jakości i usuwać kości oraz chrząstki, stojąc przez 8–10 godzin na linii o stałym tempie. Praca na dwie zmiany (6:00–16:00, 13:00/14:00–21:00/22:00), umowa zlecenie. Zapewniamy hostel, bezpłatny transport, darmowy lunch, herbatę i wodę, 15% zniżki w sklepie mięsnym.

Qualifications

• Sanitary certificate (książeczka sanepidowska) required to start work. If not available, assistance to obtain it (cost ~ PLN 180).
• Polish language skills are not required.
• Health problems must not prevent performing the job.
• Previous experience welcome but not required — on-site training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work on a production line checking chicken fillets for quality and removing bones/cartilage as needed.
• Stand 8–10 hours per day on a comfortably paced line.

Work location: Koziegłowy (5 km from Poznań), poultry processing plant

Meat Processing / Fillet Trimming

Work on a production line - checking chicken fillets for quality and, if necessary, removing bones and cartilage. There is no unpleasant smell. The job involves standing for 8-10 hours a day. The production lines move at a comfortable pace, so the work is not rushed.

Working schedule

2 shifts

• 1st shift: 6:00-16:00
• 2nd shift: 13:00/14:00-21:00/22:00 + overtime

Once assigned to a shift, you will have a stable schedule.

Average salary

PLN 4,600 net

Salary and bonuses

PLN 31.40 gross per hour (approximately PLN 22.80-23.80 net per hour)

Attendance bonus: PLN 150 gross (approximately PLN 120 net)

Additional bonus from the team leader for good performance

Working conditions

Contract: Umowa zlecenie (civil law contract)

Friendly team: Ukrainian-, Georgian-, and Russian-speaking employees

Breaks: One 15-minute break; additional short breaks are possible every 2-2.5 hours

Accommodation: Hostel in Koziegłowy - PLN 700 per month

Requirements

• Sanitary certificate/booklet (książeczka sanepidowska): Required to start work. If you do not have one, we can help you obtain it. The cost is approximately PLN 180.
