Job summary

Coral Travel Poland, part of the Coral Travel Group, is seeking a proactive Project Specialist to join our Warsaw team. You will support project managers with coordination, documentation, and status reporting, while coordinating testing, validation, and cross-functional alignment across SDLC activities.

In this role, you will monitor Service Desk activities, track incidents, and communicate trends to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Turkish/Polish is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree completed or in the final year of studies, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related fields

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Managers with meeting coordination, documentation, and action tracking, including: maintaining project documentation, tracking project data, and preparing regular status updates and reports to support project monitoring and decision-making.
• Coordinating testing and validation activities, tracking progress, documenting outcomes, and supporting Project Managers in ensuring deliverables meet agreed requirements and release readiness criteria.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across project delivery streams, following up on action items, and maintaining alignment of project roadmaps and SDLC activities within project management tools.
• Monitor Service Desk activities and incident status, consolidating and communicating regular reports on open issues, resolution progress, and recurring trends to support informed decision-making.
