Could you be the full-time Project Material Manager in Katowice we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Barbara (Project Supply Chain Leader, located in Katowice), and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You'll be the person the team turns to for momentum and having end to end accountability regardless of if it is Make or Buy, or if it is generic and standard product or project specific, and regardless of if it is A class or C class material. . No two days are the same, but day-to-day, you’ll manage different work packages, enable those around you to excel, and much more.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, consolidate and secure QCD commitments within the Material Scope (Métier) in Project Execution.
  • Manage industrial scope assigned by the signalling project ensuring that the products (Alstom generic products, project specific products, installation materials) – including notably documentation and certificates – are delivered to the project stakeholders (Installation, Engineering, Customer) according to project QCD commitments.
  • Be an interface in the core Team meeting representing both Procurement function and Operations/Supply Chain function.
  • Ensure that the Project Execution is aligned to the Procurement Platform Objectives with regards material scope.
