Job summary

Qualifications

• Опыт руководства проектами по поставке ПО.
• Опыт работы с корпоративными приложениями PLM, MES, MOM, ERP, SAP, LIMS, EAM, CMMS или WMS; примеры Teamcenter/Opcenter приветствуются.
• Опыт взаимодействия с внешними заказчиками в коммерческих проектах.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки на английском и польском языке.

Responsibilities

• Формировать структуру проекта совместно с отделами продаж и сервисного управления; определить роли и задачи, согласовать ожидания клиента.
• Вести полный жизненный цикл проекта, включая требования, объём и управление рисками.
• Способствовать решению вопросов через взаимодействие с внутренними стейкхолдерами и командами клиента.
• Обеспечивать финансовые показатели проекта; следить за бюджетами и маржой; формировать прогнозы.
• Быть амбассадором ценностей Siemens; поддерживать репутацию и взаимоотношения с клиентами и партнёрами.
• По мере необходимости выезжать к заказчикам в рамках проекта.

• Shape and structure projects from the outset by working with Sales and Services Management to define delivery approaches, clarify roles and responsibilities, and ensure customer expectations are aligned.


• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle using the Siemens Delivery Framework—reviewing requirements, defining scope, aligning on objectives, and actively managing risks throughout the engagement.


• Drive issue resolution by working closely with internal stakeholders and customer teams to ensure smooth progress and timely decision-making.


• Own project financial performance, delivering against approved budgets and margins, monitoring progress, and providing clear and realistic forecasts.


• Be an ambassador for Siemens values, contributing positively to our culture, strengthening relationships with customers and partners, and upholding our reputation across the market.


• Travel to customer locations when required, in line with project needs and DISW guidance.

Требования

• Proven experience leading software delivery projects, including implementation and post-go-live customer support.


• Experience working with enterprise-level software applications such as PLM, MES, MOM, ERP, SAP, LIMS, EAM, CMMS or WMS platforms (e.g. Teamcenter, Opcenter); software implementation experience in manufacturing-focused industries such as automotive, aerospace, or defence is also valued.


• Experience working directly with external customers in a commercial project environment, ideally within a software vendor or systems-integrator setting.


• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

Условия

You will be based in Poland and we offer hybrid working, with occasional visits to customer sites.

• The total cash compensation range for this position is PLN 255,500 to PLN 460,000 with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement).
