Bayer ищет IT‑проектного менеджера для руководства end-to-end проектами по созданию новых заводов в SAP S/4HANA. Вы будете координировать работу CORE/template команд, переводить бизнес‑требования в конфигурацию и обеспечивать соответствие глобальным стандартам.

Требуется 5+ лет опыта в IT‑проектном управлении и ERP, владение SAP S/4HANA/SAP ERP и англ. языком на уровне свободного общения. Приоритет — кандидат с опытом в SCM/операциях.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет управления IT-проектами/ERP/бизнес-трансформациями.
• Практический опыт SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA в SCM или операционных областях.
• Понимание SAP-структур (Plant, Company Code, Storage Location, Purchasing Org, Sales Org).
• Умение структурировать сложные темы и вести кросс-функциональные проекты.
• Опыт работы в динамичных условиях, владение коммуникациями с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Увлеченность AI и автоматизацией, готовность применять их.

Responsibilities

• Руководить end-to-end проектами по созданию новых заводов в S/4: от утверждённого спроса до go-live и передачи.
• Согласование с CORE template и deployment командами по глобальным стандартам.
• Перевод бизнес-требований в изменения системы в рамках глобального шаблона.
• Передача требований командам разработки для внедрения.
• Координация межфункциональных задач в Supply Chain, Производстве, Закупках, Финансах, QA и др.
• Управление сроками, рисками, проблемами и качеством доставки.
• Разработка и поддержка стандартных процессов, шаблонов и инструментов для проектов новых заводов.
• Повышение эффективности через Lean и автоматизацию.
• Поиск и внедрение цифровых и AI‑поддерживаемых улучшений.

Задачи:

• Lead end-to-end projects for creating new plants in S/4 from approved demand through go-live and handover;


• Collaborate with CORE template and deployment teams to align with global standards and design principles;


• Translate business requirements into system changes aligned with the global template;


• Hand over requirements to development teams for implementation;


• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and other teams;


• Manage timelines, risks, issues, stakeholder communication, and delivery quality;


• Build and maintain standard processes, governance, templates, and tools for new plant projects;


• Drive efficiency improvements, including lean processes and automation;


• Explore and implement digital and AI-supported enhancements.

Требования:

• University degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;


• 5+ Years of experience in IT project management, ERP programs, or business transformation;


• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA projects, preferably in Supply Chain or operational areas;


• Understanding of SAP organizational structures, including plant, company code, storage location, purchasing organization, and sales organization;


• Ability to work independently, structure complex topics, and drive cross-functional projects;


• Experience operating in complex and dynamic environments;


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills;


• Analytical and structured working style;


• Experience with process, tools, or documentation setup and continuous improvement;


• Interest in AI and automation, with a willingness to explore and apply them;


• Fluent English.
