Responsibilities

• Ведение и управление проектами отделки от инициации до передачи.
• Разработка и поддержка детальных планов проекта с графиками и бюджетом.
• Координация с клиентами, дизайнерами, архитекторами, подрядчиками и поставщиками.
• Контроль прогресса на объекте, анализ графиков и расходов.
• Идентификация рисков и внедрение корректирующих действий.
• Обеспечение соблюдения качества, охраны труда и регламентов.

Описание:

Cushman & Wakefield delivers commercial interior fit-out projects on behalf of its clients, covering the full project lifecycle from initial concept through design development, procurement, construction and final handover.

Задачи:

• Lead and manage fit-out projects from initiation through handover, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and budget
• Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on objectives, design specifications, quality standards, and change management
• Monitor project progress through site visits and schedule and cost reviews
• identify risks and take corrective action
• Manage project budgets, cost control, variation orders, procurement, and commercial performance
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, construction regulations, and contractual obligations
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates, change control, handover documentation, and close-out reports
• Manage stakeholders, communicate with senior management and clients, manage expectations, and escalates issues when necessary
• Drive quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet client specifications and company standards
• Conduct project close-out, oversee snagging, obtain client sign-off, capture lessons learned, and ensure proper handover

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Significant experience of 2-3+ years in fit-out project management, preferably in commercial or office interiors
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, procurement, cost control, and scheduling
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously and perform under pressure
• Proven track record in successful project delivery
• Fluency in Polish and English, speaking and writing
• Nice to have: experience working with MEP systems, furniture fit-out, and interior projects
