  • Inclusive Culture: Join a diverse, values‑led team that fosters collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
The role
  • Deliver Strategic Projects:Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of global projects aligned with LR’s transformation agenda, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
  • Collaborate Across Functions:Partner with global teams including Portfolio Management, Change Management, and Business Analysis to ensure cohesive planning, execution, and benefit realization.
  • Engage Stakeholders:Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Champion Best Practices:Apply and promote modern project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.
  • Manage Risk & Governance:Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring compliance with LR’s governance standards and reporting requirements.
  • Support Change & Adoption:Work closely with Change Managers to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to a Learning Culture:Share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and support the development of project management capabilities across the organization.
What you bring
  • Solid experience (typically 5+ years) in project management, ideally in a global or complex organizational environment.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
