Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage projects in compliance with the PMBOK: plan how the software will be created, monitor the execution of the plan, take into account and prevent risks
• Communicate with the client
• Ensure that the project does not exceed time & budget limits, including the Fixed Price Projects
• Bear responsibility for the team’s productivity and the team’s satisfaction with their job: hold 1‑on‑1 meetings, provide feedback, participate in the adaptation of employees
• Organize work on the project by the standard Algothic processes

Qualifications

• Has 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
• Has delivered successful projects no shorter than 6 person‑months
• Knows PMI
• Knows or has worked following project management methodologies: Agile and Waterfall
• Knows English at least at the Upper‑Intermediate Level, can communicate fluently with native English speakers

Will be a Plus

• You have worked as a business analyst or a software developer
• You have gone on business trips to the client and have worked on site
• You have participated in pre‑sale activities
