With more than 8,000 employees worldwide, we actively shape the future of mobility by setting new standards in comfort, safety, lightweight design, and energy efficiency.

➡️ Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Katowice office. In this critical, end‑to‑end role, you will be responsible for driving assigned projects, specifically focusing on engineering change management worldwide, from the very beginning (kick‑off) through full implementation across both the development process and regular plant production. You will coordinate the work of interdisciplinary and international teams and navigate complex stakeholder relationships across the matrix organization, ensuring effective execution and successful delivery across all phases.

➡️ What you will be responsible for?
  • Creating and managing clear project schedules that keep all activities aligned and on track.
  • Guiding project teams through each project stage and ensuring smooth cooperation with the plant and customers.
  • Keeping risks under control by actively using internal governance processes to prevent escalation.
  • Monitoring project and product costs to maintain full financial transparency.
  • Turning lessons learned into practical improvements for upcoming projects and early planning phases.
  • Supporting Sales with project evaluations – from timelines and requirements to budget estimations.
  • Setting strong foundations for each initiative through well‑prepared and engaging kick‑off meetings.
  • Driving project delivery with a focus on technology, timing, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Presenting project progress clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Coordinating value‑added and cost‑optimization activities (VA/VE) to boost contribution margins.
  • Working closely with international teams, aligning tasks, and tracking progress across locations.
➡️ You will be a great fit if you have:
  • Experience in the automotive industry – it's a must.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience, or 5 years of experience in a relevant product‑development role, such as Customer Quality or Launch Management.
  • Strong communication skills, allowing you to clearly convey information to both colleagues and leadership.
  • Experience in guiding or leading teams.
  • High intercultural awareness and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
  • Ease in navigating a matrix (network) organization and communicating within it.
  • Solid problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • English at a level that enables professional conversations and negotiations.
➡️ Our benefits:
  • Flexible working hours (start of work between 07:00-10:00)
  • Cafeteria system with the option to join a sports package
  • Private medical care (LUXMED)
  • Holiday allowance
  • Additional health insurance
  • Access to the Company Social Benefits Fund
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth
