About the role:

As Project Leader, you’ll lead cross‑functional teams in the development of oven products — from concept to industrialization. You’ll ensure project goals are met in terms of timing, quality, and investment, while fostering collaboration across departments.

What you’ll do:

As Project Leader, you will be responsible for

  • Manage new product and technology development projects
  • Drive initiatives in cost reduction, safety, quality, and innovation
  • Lead project teams and report progress to steering committees
  • Coordinate testing, pilot series, and production readinessApply tools like FMEA, project planning, and quality plans
  • Ensure alignment with platform and subsystem strategies
You demonstrate:

Who you are:
  • Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years in appliance design or production
  • Experience in project management and global collaboration
  • Familiarity with PLM and MS Project; Six Sigma/FMEA certification is a plus
  • Catia, SIEMENS NX is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and change management skills
Where you’ll be:

This is a full‑time position, based at our Electrolux Swidnica Plant. It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling as per project needs. Benefits include:
