• At least 4 years of professional experience in launching new projects, preferably in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of project management and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of project objectives in terms of manufacturing.
• Validate capacity available and investments in production site.
• Follow-up on non-quality costs and quality improvement plans.
• Ensure project readiness at internal and customer milestones.
• Participate in Design Review, Process & Logistic Review.
• Accountable for budget management of all site resources.
• Ensure appraisal and development of Project Team Members.
• Lead communication with customers and development centers.
• Ensure pre-serial deliveries are on time.
