The Project Delivery Practitioner (Integration Manager) is responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation of end-to-end (E2E) integration scenarios across all impacted partner systems. This role requires close collaboration with Architects, Business Analysts, Product Development teams, and functional teams within and outside the S/4 deployment program. The Practitioner will coordinate, drive, and maintain high-quality integration delivery throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
Integration Knowledge & Documentation
- Build and maintain comprehensive E2E knowledge for all assigned integrations.
- Ensure all information related to assigned integrations is clearly defined, aligned, documented, and communicated to relevant teams.
- Contribute to the Integrated Deployment Plan to ensure integration activities are fully represented.
- Maintain a central E2E repository for integration documentation, ensuring accessibility and completeness.
- Validate that all required documentation is stored in the correct locations and kept up to date.
Operational Readiness & Handover
- Collaborate with the E2E Support Framework to ensure smooth operational handover for incident and problem management.
- Provide Operations teams with accurate contacts, documentation, and guidance for post-deployment support.
- Participate in Hyper Care preparation to ensure knowledge transfer and appropriate support coverage.
- Ensure monitoring and support processes for assigned integrations are clearly defined, agreed upon, and implemented by all impacted support teams.
Coordination with Business Analysts & Solution Architects
- Participate in requirements-gathering sessions to ensure complete documentation of functionality and scope.
- Review and validate requirements to ensure business continuity.
- Confirm that source-to-target mapping documentation exists and includes all necessary data source information.
- Build knowledge to conduct impact analysis for downstream systems.
- Ensure monitoring and error-handling requirements are properly defined to enable automated processes.
- Understand connectivity details for assigned integrations and communicate effectively with relevant partners.
- Ensure integrations are thoroughly covered during DET and DIL activities.
- Track and report interface delivery progress within the deployment program.
- Support test cycles (SAT, Integrated SAT, DET) for assigned integrations.
Cutover, Risk, and Deployment Support
- Support key partner system cutover activities.
- Actively contribute to risk identification, mitigation, and management for assigned integrations.
- Ensure all integration-related dependencies and issues are appropriately escalated and resolved.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Strong Project Management experience (experience with SAFe framework preferred).
- Experience integrating systems using middleware technologies (high-level understanding sufficient; no hands-on technical skills required).
- Experience working in an SAP ERP environment.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a complex, cross-functional program environment.
