**Job Title**Project Delivery ManagerWe are looking a Project Manager who will manage Amadeus Cytric Solution implementation projects for strategic customers worldwide. You will drive project scope, timeline, risks in the respect of budget, targeting high customer satisfaction and maximized recurring SaaS revenues. Influence Amadeus Cytric product roadmap with customer / market / industry business needs uncovered and identified as project or user adoption key success factors. Support customer to steer successfully end-to-end its Cytric project (ERP integration, Change management, coordination with Travel Agency and any 3rd party).**Your Main Responsibilities****Customer projects:*** Coordinate customer projects in a global scale with high level of complexity, including tailor-made solutions/integration (for HR, Finance,...) developed by third parties/partners.* Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of the project deliverables according to PMI methodology (documentation, timelines, budget, customer sign-offs, risks mitigation, etc.).* Optimize projects efficiency while managing collateral business impacts (e.g. scope changes, impact on product roadmap, ...).* Represent Amadeus engagement in customer steering committees.* Advice on business impact of implemented actions on business performance and efficiency.* Get involved in presales phase to ensure efficient takeover of scope, sizing, timeline and potential product gaps.**Internal projects:*** Lead, when priority customer activities allow, internal complex projects: cross-department process transformation, product or platform migration, security / accessibility audit, etc.* Contribute to continuous efficiency improvement of the Cytric implementation & integration project methodology.**Reporting & KPI:*** Elaborate and provide regular project updates to internal and external skateholders (timeline progress, deliverables status, budget consumption, risk mitigation plan, issue fixing, ...)**About the Ideal Candidate*** University degree (project management, business, IT) or equivalent IT work experience.* Superior Project Management and organisational skills (PMP certification is a plus)* Minimum 5 years experience of account management and/or project management in a commercial and business environment, with a strong technical affinity (ITIL knowledge is a plus)* Experience in working with Travel and/or Expense solutions and/or online booking engines; Cytric would be a plus* Fluent English (written & spoken).
