We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the development and execution of cutting‑edge Conference Room Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and experience working with cross‑functional teams to bring hardware and software solutions to market. This role requires expertise in managing product roadmaps, coordinating development cycles, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high‑quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • - Drive the end‑to‑end execution of Conference Room Products projects from concept to launch.
  • - Work closely with engineering, design, product management, and manufacturing teams to align development efforts.
  • - Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • - Utilize JIRA and other project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates effectively.
  • - Facilitate cross‑functional communication, ensuring alignment between hardware, firmware, and software teams.
  • - Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • - Manage relationships with third‑party vendors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
  • - Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • - Define and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate project success.
  • - Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Must have
  • - 5+ years of experience in program or project management within consumer electronics or embedded systems industries.
  • - Strong technical background in hardware, firmware, and/or software development.
  • - Hands‑on experience with embedded systems, IoT, and product lifecycle management.
  • - Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other agile project management tools.
  • - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • - Strong ability to influence and collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • - Experience working with global supply chains, manufacturing partners, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
  • - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
