You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) of the program, driving operational excellence and fostering impactful outcomes. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and R&D), oversee the implementation of development roadmaps, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones, all while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating program work packages and managing risks and resources, but also lead program reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
