What we’re looking for

This role is crucial for ensuring the highest quality standards are met and maintained with our 3P suppliers, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complaints and customer returns, identify common issues, and communicate findings effectively.
• Issue claims to suppliers based on analysis of defects and inconsistencies.
• Evaluate supplier performance through detailed performance assessments, focusing on consistency, reliability, and quality.
• Conduct technical assessments on identified supplier discrepancies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supplier quality development, with the ability to manage and enhance supplier relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential, understanding of IATF 16949 is a plus.
• Basic understanding of automotive parts, including the ability to differentiate between various parts and assess their impact on end-users.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and database management.
• Ability to identify top issues and simultaneously address multiple challenges, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
