Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Production Support Engineer in Warsaw to partner with manufacturing teams and REAs to resolve technical issues, maintain product quality, and drive production improvements. The role requires 3–5 years in production/engineering, a relevant engineering degree, strong understanding of drawings and processes, root cause analysis skills, and English at B2 level. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, or technical product support.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in root cause analysis and technical problem solving.
• Knowledge of product configuration and engineering change management.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Investigate technical problems reported during manufacturing and testing.
• Support authorized engineers in reviewing nonconformances and engineering changes.
• Analyze product failures and support root cause investigations.
• Review drawings, specifications, and production documentation.
• Work with quality, operations, and design teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Support production readiness and corrective action activities.
