Job summary

K. Brzęczek, a manufacturer of steel tubes and profiles in Kłobuck, is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production department and oversee staff. You will aim for on-time, quality output while leading improvement initiatives across the line.

Required are strong organizational and communication skills, technical education, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external teams to drive efficiency and Ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/ manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Technical education at secondary or higher level.
• Ability to organize and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the functioning of the production department to meet output targets.
• Manage production staff and coordinate with external service providers.
• Evaluate teams against production indicators and ensure quality and timeliness.

K. Brzęczek – a manufacturer of steel tubes and profiles, headquartered at Górnicza 1 in Kłobuck, is hiring a Production Manager.

Scope of Duties

• Responsibility for the functioning of the company’s production department
• Responsibility for production staff
• Coordinating and organizing the work of external service providers
• Evaluating teams against production indicators
• Managing the production area to ensure products are manufactured on time, in the required quantity and quality, while adhering to implemented standards
• Supervising the organization of work of the subordinate team, including proper planning and recording of working time
• Delegating tasks according to employees’ skills and evaluating their performance
• Managing a team of foremen and shift leaders
• Motivating and disciplining employees
• Monitoring compliance with production standards and machine workload
• Reporting production results in the assigned area
• Preparing workplace instructions
• Participating in projects to improve production processes and quality
• Planning and coordinating activities to ensure efficiency
• Organizing and supervising the production process

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is welcome
• Secondary or higher technical education
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
• Ability to effectively organize and manage a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong computer skills
• Familiarity with working in a production environment
• Accuracy and reliability
• Ability to operate measuring tools (caliper, micrometer)
• Initiative and creativity in solving technical issues
• Strong organizational and communication skills
