For our Business Partner, one of the world's largest manufacturers of slow‑speed elevators, selling and distributing in over 70 countries and a network of over 200 certified distributors, we are looking for a candidate for the position of:

PRODUCTION ENGINEER with English

Place of work: Jiaxing - China factory (about 70 km from Shanghai).

Possibility of employment in the factory in Gdańsk after a period of work in China.

Responsibilities

• This position will be responsible for setting up, adjusting all of factory layout, improving efficiency, adding in semi‑automation and automation equipment, improving assembly and machining operations and will get a chance to be responsible for powder coating set.
• Learning by doing and responsibility for big/important projects in the factory team.
• Reporting to the Factory Director and supporting production teams.

Requirements

• Higher technical education (industrial, production, mechanical, related to quality)
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in machining and/or assembling large products
• Good English
• Ready to work hard and willing to learn
• Young at heart and ready for adventure
• Commitment, responsibility, ambition

We offer
