Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Białystok is seeking a Production Engineer to develop and maintain assembly instructions and support production processes. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering, at least 5 years of industry experience, and proficient use of CAD systems like CATIA. This role involves collaboration with engineering teams and assisting in prototype builds. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of industry experience in machinery, electrical, or supplier environments.
  • Experience in pre-production development or manufacturing support.
  • Knowledge of power electronics is an advantage.

Your responsibilities
  • Development and maintenance of assembly instructions for converter systems and related components.
  • Design of assembly fixtures and jigs for takt based production environments.
  • Close collaboration with Engineering for the development of new assembly concepts.
  • Support of change management processes including compliance with standards and full traceability.
  • Acting as the interface between Engineering and Production. Support during prototype builds and pre production activities.
  • Creation and updating of operating manuals and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation quality and production processes.
  • Collaboration with Engineering to clarify technical details and enhance manufacturability.
Our requirements
  • Completed technical education as an engineer in mechanical engineering electrical engineering or comparable fields with a technician diploma or bachelor degree.
  • At least five years of industry experience in machinery electrical or supplier environments.
  • Experience in pre production development assembly documentation or manufacturing support.
  • Solid knowledge of electromechanical systems. Knowledge of power electronics is an advantage.
  • Confident use of CAD systems preferably CATIA.
  • Strong cost and quality awareness.
  • Good command of English or German is an advantage.
