Job summary

MARASSI is hiring Production Workers for plants and flower production in Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, Poland. The role is full-time and on-site, open to candidates already residing in Poland, with English onboarding and support for work permits where needed.

Job description

MARASSI is hiring Production Workers for plants and flower production in Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, Poland.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for candidates who are already living in Poland. International candidates, students and graduates are welcome to apply.

Important: This recruitment is open only to candidates currently residing in Poland. Applications from candidates living outside Poland will not be considered.

What you will do

• Prepare and assemble plant and flower products
• Work with decorative plants, flowers and related materials
• Follow production instructions, quality standards and workplace procedures
• Maintain an organised and clean workstation

Working conditions

• Standard full-time schedule: Monday to Friday
• Operations run 7 days a week
• Saturday and Sunday shifts are optional for employees who want additional working hours
• Pay: 32 PLN gross/hour based on meeting the production target
• Possibility to work more than 8 hours per day depending on production needs and employee availability
