Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior data or analytics leadership role, ideally within financial services or fintech.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and instruments including trading workflows and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of AML/Compliance reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Analytics team in delivering automated and scalable reporting solutions.
• Regularly review existing processes to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory deadlines are met with accurate outputs.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams.
• Own the roadmap for reporting automation.
• Monitor and plan for source system changes and product launches.
• Contribute to the overall data strategy within the company.
