This role focuses on analyzing industry best practices, enhancing platform performance, and ensuring an exceptional partner and client experience.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and experienced in B2B e-commerce or marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate best practices in B2B marketplaces and apply relevant improvements to the company’s B2B store.
  • Collaborate closely with development, marketing, sales, and support teams to prioritize and implement platform enhancements.
  • Oversee backlog prioritization, timelines, and delivery of platform improvements.
  • Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of product content, pricing, catalogs, and structure within the platform.
  • Monitor the impact of introduced changes and prepare reports for management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and overall marketplace efficiency.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital product ownership.
  • Hands-on experience implementing best practices and managing product or project roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with key e-commerce and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:
