Job summary

WorkPlays is seeking a mid-level Product Owner to steer a F2P Mobile Casual title. You’ll turn design instincts into backlog items, write GDDs, and align design, art, and engineering in a Scrum workflow.

You’ll collaborate daily with cross-functional teams and ensure the product vision remains sharp across iOS, Android, and PC platforms. Experience with slots loop mechanics and minigame design is a plus; English fluency is required for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience owning product decisions for F2P mobile games such as social casino or casual titles.
• Ability to translate design concepts into clear, actionable backlog items.
• Proficient in writing and maintaining detailed GDDs and design docs.
• Strong collaboration with design, art, and LiveOps using Scrum/agile methodologies.
• Fluent English for daily cross-functional collaboration.
