Job summary

Fourthwall is seeking a Product Onboarding Specialist in Poznań to own the end-to-end onboarding of non-apparel products into our catalog. You'll scan products, document and describe them, and launch them for design in our system, ensuring consistency across the catalog.

You will manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, coordinate with manufacturers and designers, and contribute to a scalable, repeatable workflow in a fast-growing e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Based in Poznań and on-site work required.
• Polish with at least B2 and English with at least B1.
• Experience in operations/product ops/catalog management (e-commerce a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple products at different stages.

Responsibilities

• 3D scanning of products using a 3D scanner.
• Create Jira tickets for scanned products and upload scans.
• Describe products and manage cataloging and warehousing in the system.
• Commission technical drawings (blueprints) and liaise with contractors on revisions.
• Collaborate with manufacturers on product specs, testing, and queries.
• Build product profiles in the admin system (pricing, regions, details).
• Onboard designers by launching products in the design tool and testing the process.
• Order samples and assess their quality.

About the role

We're looking for a Product Onboarding Specialist to join our Product Onboarding team in Poznań. You'll own the full process of onboarding non-apparel products into our catalog - from scanning the product, through describing and cataloging it, to launching it for design in our system.

Our catalog is constantly growing, so you'll be onboarding new products on a regular basis, working to a consistent, repeatable process. • Work mode: on-site, from our Poznań office (Jeżyce). On-site presence is required due to the nature of the tasks (3D scanning)
• Contract type: B2B
• Compensation: 7,000.00 - 9,000.00 PLN

What you'll do

• 3D scanning - scanning products using a 3D scanner
• Product documentation - creating Jira tickets for scanned products and uploading the scans
• Catalog management - describing products and managing their inventory: entering them into our system, cataloging, and warehousing
• Blueprints - commissioning technical drawings (blueprints) for products and liaising with the contractor on revisions
• Manufacturer collaboration - working with our manufacturers on product specifications, testing, and ongoing questions
• Product profiles - building product profiles in our admin system: pricing, design regions, product details
• Designer onboarding - launching the product in our design tool and testing that process
• Samples - ordering samples and assessing their quality

Who we're looking for

• Based in Poznań and happy to work on-site from our office
• Clear communication in Polish (B2) and English (min. B1)
• Experience in operations/product ops/product catalog management (e-commerce experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills - you'll be managing multiple products at different stages of onboarding at the same time
• Sharp eye for detail and precision, with a focus on keeping products consistent across the catalog
• Proactive problem-solving skills - you improve the workflow instead of just running it
• Nice to have: experience with tools like Jira, basic familiarity with manufacturing/production topics or 3D printing/3D scanning
