Job Overview
We’re looking for a growth-oriented eCommerce Product Manager to join our close-knit international team at Lucchese — the most iconic Western brand in the world, with over 140 years of heritage and traditional craftsmanship.
What makes this role unique?
- Lucchese is the most renowned maker of western boots in the world — a true heritage brand with a strong identity and passionate, loyal customer base
- We work in a small, close-knit team, without unnecessary corporate processes; our U.S. teammates are true partners and friends, not just work colleagues
- We value a calm, productive workflow — no overtime, a healthy work‑life balance, and clear focus on goals. We avoid corporate jargon
- The FPWD environment is supportive, understanding, and extremely collaborative in day‑to‑day work
Responsibilities
- Manage the e‑commerce roadmap: updates, alignment, and execution
- Work closely with the Head of eCommerce and stakeholders across product, retail, analytics, marketing, and CRO
- Oversee and lead a 6‑person team (Developers, QA, Design)
- Analyze e‑commerce metrics (sales, conversions, user behavior) and draw actionable conclusions; support A/B testing initiatives
- Develop the online store with an omnichannel approach in mind
- Represent e‑commerce within the company: clear communication, explaining needs, proposing solutions
- Attend meetings with the Dallas team (regularly online + up to 2 onsite visits per year)
- Ensure KPIs and strategic objectives are met
- Participate in testing and launching major new features
- Contribute to team culture, morale, and atmosphere
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce product management, preferably in footwear, apparel, or other high‑consideration retail categories
- Experience managing people or leading project teams
- Excellent English, sufficient for cross‑departmental internal negotiations
- Willingness to travel to the U.S. (up to 2 trips per year)
- Independence and accountability – this is a decision‑making role, not a coordinator position
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytical tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
- Nice to have: retail experience and familiarity with omnichannel environments or premium/luxury D2C brands
- Technical knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, and project‑management tools (e.g., Jira)
Recruitment Process
- HR screen (30 min. online)
- Product Manager screening + Task
- Technical screen with Tom & Haley
- Culture fit with Martin & Lourdes
What we offer
- Flexible, long‑term cooperation
- Fully remote work with access to offices in Kraków / Bielsko‑Biała
- B2B contract
- Real work‑life balance: 20 paid vacation days, private healthcare, Multisport, life insurance, parental support, flexible hours
- Friendly and supportive atmosphere (training budget, English with a native speaker, referral program, team‑building budget and events)
- All necessary equipment
- High organizational culture and tools that genuinely help instead of slowing you down
- Additional perks: English lessons with a native speaker, insurance and health benefits for spouse and family, bike parking, free lunch, free parking, in‑house trainings, modern office, no dress code
