Product Manager – AI

Location: Remote (Ukraine, Poland, Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan, Hungary)

Team: Product & Operations

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of RemotePass’s AI product that allows users to interact with their data seamlessly. You will work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and leadership to translate user feedback into actionable product iterations—bridging the gap between technical execution and end‑user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Translate learnings into clear product requirements and a long‑term strategy.
  • Drive feature prioritization based on impact, effort, and strategic fit.
  • Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to uncover pain points.
  • Collaborate with HR experts to ensure HR workflows are accurately reflected.
  • Convert insights into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
  • Partner with engineering and design for fast, efficient product iterations.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to track each release’s impact.
  • Maintain clear, organized product documentation for stakeholders.
  • Act as the single source of truth between leadership, tech, and customer teams.
  • Communicate vision, milestones, and progress transparently across the company.
  • Partner with QA to ensure testing coverage and product stability.
  • Use analytics tools to measure adoption, engagement, and performance.
  • Continuously iterate on features using data‑driven insights and user feedback.
  • Support go‑to‑market efforts when scaling out of beta.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years as a Product Manager in SaaS, HRTech, or AI‑powered products.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and API/data integrations.
  • Proven track record in beta‑to‑production launches.
  • Skilled in PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile/Scrum.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience in tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Exposure to HR or Payroll tech solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products, LLMs, or automation technologies.
