We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle of a Thermostat portfolio for electrical heating, from ideation to market launch. You will work in a cross-functional team based in Grodzisk Mazowiecki to develop and execute a roadmap that drives revenue growth and market share. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Product Owner: Act as product owner, focusing teams on high‑value activities and stopping work on less valuable tasks.
  • Sales Support: Provide tools and training to the sales team, develop pricing proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Pricing and Positioning: Provide input to the Pricing Manager on product positioning and help secure effective pricing strategies.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements, create prototypes, and oversee product development.
  • Go‑to‑Market Strategy: Develop go‑to‑market strategies for successful launches, collaborating with marketing and sales to create compelling campaigns and enablement materials.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in product management, preferably in electrical heating or related B2B equipment.
  • Commercial Focus: Proven ability to develop commercially successful products that meet customer needs and drive growth.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical understanding; a background in electrical or related products is an asset.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.

A strong asset would be knowledge of communication protocols such as BMS, Modbus‑TCP, Modbus‑RTU, Backnet, or similar.
