Qualifications

• Four or more years of professional experience, preferably in a Product/DevTool Engineer role.
• Proficiency in crafting pragmatic and performant code where it matters.
• Taste in designing public APIs, dev-tools, and User eXperiences.
• Data-driven skills to evaluate alternatives and converge on the best solution.
• Excellent English communication in writing and speech.
• The right mix of art and science to deliver projects in an experiment-oriented environment.
• Ability to self-direct and work on complex projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Preferably located in Kraków, Poland.
