We are looking for a driven Product Designer

to join us on our journey from world first digital insurance broker to leading #insurtech

Our mission is to digitalise and connect the $4 trillion insurance industry in order to reduce the cost of insurance for customers and help them access better insurance services.

1000+ insurance brokers and 50+ underwriting companies log into Insly every day to design and launch their insurance products, manage business-critical operations and support writing over €1bn in premiums. But we’re just getting started.

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Product Designer to enhance our user experience by auditing existing designs, conducting user research, and proposing creative solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with teams across product, technology, sales, and customer success to create intuitive and impactful designs that align with user needs and business objectives.

About the role

As a Product Designer, you will:

• Guide and drive the end-to-end product design process—from research and concept development to UX, UI, and visual design—taking ownership at every stage.
• Present and advocate for design recommendations to stakeholders, iterating based on their feedback to refine solutions.
• Educate clients on product design best practices and collaborate with them to create exceptional, user-centered products.
• Develop prototypes to validate ideas and use design metrics to measure success.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs genuinely enhance user experiences.
• Perform market, industry, competitor, and data analysis to inform and strengthen design decisions.
• Build and maintain design systems and assets to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops to solve complex problems and uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and developers to translate ideas into practical, high-quality UI solutions.
• Test implemented UI solutions to ensure they meet design standards and user expectations.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

• 3-5 years of experience in product design, with exposure to multiple organizations or environments.
• Experience with customer-facing products, whether B2B or B2C systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools, including Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
• Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design intuitive, user-centric products across various platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.
• A passion for solving problems, backed by strong research, usability testing, and iterative design practices.
