A leading collaboration platform in Poland is looking for a Product Designer to help shape the mobile experience. You will lead design efforts, collaborate with teams, and ship solutions that enhance user experience. The role requires 4-5 years of product design experience, especially in mobile. The position offers a hybrid work model and competitive compensation.
We’re looking for a Product Designer who is excited by our mission of designing the future of teamwork. With millions of teams using Asana across the globe, our work has only just begun. Join us on a journey of driving clarity for teams, individuals, and executives. As designers, we’re streamlining how teams get work done in a more efficient, effective, and delightful way. You’ll make it as simple as possible for teams big and small to realize the value of Asana.
This role focuses on shaping the future of Asana’s mobile experience. Mobile is often where work begins—and where context, focus, and momentum matter most. We’re re‑imagining what it means to manage work on the go, optimizing for the unique strengths and constraints of mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to craft a cohesive, intuitive, and purposeful experience that feels distinctly Asana while meeting people where they are. From foundational systems to feature design, you’ll help define the next generation of our mobile app and the principles that guide it. If you’re excited by the challenge of rethinking productivity for mobile and want to design for millions of users worldwide, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
