Job summary

Google Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to manage the technical relationship with our largest advertising clients and product partners.

You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies, from concept design and testing to data analysis and support, overseeing technical execution and business operations of Google's advertising platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in technical consulting, product management, or solution architecture and project management in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with advertising technologies, APIs, and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and clients to assess technical maturity, uncover custom solution opportunities, and advise on strategies for maximizing complex product adoption.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable system architectures and author high-quality Business/Product Requirement Documents to guide engineering hand-offs.
• Architect robust, privacy-compliant data pipelines (e.g., CRM integrations via Google Ads API) and act as a trusted advisor overseeing technical implementations.
• Define validation frameworks to stress-test configurations and identify systemic product gaps to provide feedback to the core engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional gTech and customer teams to drive deployment, and create reusable deployment playbooks for scalable servicing.
