Allegro is seeking a Product Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to shape product strategies and to improve the customer shopping experience. Your work includes cohort and trend analyses, A/B testing, and building dashboards to monitor key metrics.

You will use SQL and Python to automate analyses, with LookerStudio for insights, and enjoy a hybrid work model in Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Analyst / Data Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Basic Python for automation.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with various analyses (cohort, trend, attribution, retention, clickstream, A/B tests).
• Ability to formulate hypotheses and conduct analyses.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting findings.
• Experience building BI dashboards (LookerStudio).
• English level B2+ in speaking and writing.

We are looking for people who:

• have an experience working as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst or similar,
• have proficiency in using SQL,
• have basic programming skills in Python to automate analyses and data processing,
• be able to cooperate with many stakeholders, while developing effective and clear ways of communication,
• have experience in various types of analyses. Among others cohort analysis, trend analysis, customer path analysis, attribution analysis, retention analysis, clickstream data analysis, A/B Testing,
• have the ability to independently formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses,
• have experience in analysing large datasets and presenting findings and recommendations,
• know how to build an insightful dashboard in BI Tools (e.g. LookerStudio),
• know English at a minimum level of B2 (both speaking and writing),
• experience in e-commerce will be considered as an additional asset.

In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:

• You will analyze large datasets to discover patterns and dependencies that impact key areas for the company.
• You will demonstrate how user behaviors and attitudes shape and evolve.
• You will participate in the creation of business solutions and your recommendations will help shape Allegro.
• The results of your analyses will provide guidance to people in the organization on making the shopping experience for Allegro customers exceptional.
